Truck Loader – Loading Supervisor

Are you a hands-on person with strong spatial awareness?

As a truck loader, you ensure the efficient and accurate handling of our mushroom substrate.

• Load the correct quantities of substrate into the truck (with a machine, not forklift)
• Take sample materials and perform quality checks (e.g., temperature measurements)
• Record quality assessments
• Report important matters to the commercial manager and production team
• Maintain the loading supervisor’s workspace

What we expect from you:

• You hold a secondary education diploma (A2)
• You’re willing to work in the night, start 1h
• Experience with machine settings is a plus
• You’re not afraid to question things and take initiative
• You think in terms of solutions, cost-efficiency, and customer orientation
• Quality is key, and you’re always looking for improvement
• You speak Dutch, French, or English
